Choose Letter or A4. Print it blank or open Personalize sheet for names, date and event. Each page records 20 rounds of one game; the separate match summary has room for three game results.
Write each team’s bag points, then the points to add after cancellation. Add those to the previous running totals. For a tied round, write zero in both points-to-add columns and carry both totals forward.
Running out of rows does not end the game. Print a continuation with the next round number and both current totals. Keep the earlier pages together and enter the final result when play ends.
Under ACA rules, reach at least 21 after a full round to win. Exact-21, bust and win-by-two variants are house rules. If you use them, add a note before printing and agree before play.
