Start by writing in both teams' lineups in batting order along with each player's position. As the game goes, mark runs scored in the innings grid for each team, and log pitcher stats as pitchers are used. Totals for runs, hits, and errors go in the columns at the end of the innings grid.

At minimum, track runs scored per inning for each team, team totals for runs/hits/errors, and pitching stats (innings pitched, hits, runs, earned runs, walks, strikeouts). This simple score sheet covers all of that without needing a full scorekeeping diamond diagram.

List each player in the order they'll bat, one row per batter, with their name and fielding position (e.g. P, C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, LF, CF, RF). Leave a few blank rows below the starting nine for substitutions.

Track IP (innings pitched), H (hits allowed), R (runs allowed), ER (earned runs), BB (walks), and K (strikeouts) for each pitcher who takes the mound. Use a new row any time a team changes pitchers.

Each time a team scores, add the number of runs to that inning's box in the innings grid. At the end of the game, add up each row to get total runs, and fill in team hits and errors in the final columns.
