Assign match times and venues, link a live scoreboard to each match, and keep score from a phone or tablet. Mark the match final to sync its result back to the competition.

Share the public tournament hub by link or QR code. Spectators can follow the schedule, scores, and bracket without an account. Use a scoreboard overlay when broadcasting a match.
Give every round a court and a start time.
Move an existing bracket into your club organization from its editor. Keep its results and spectator link, then preview a knockout schedule with your courts, match lengths and minimum rest. Future matchups can stay TBD: the schedule follows the qualifying rounds, including byes and both paths of a double-elimination draw.
Running late? Delay an upcoming game and review the affected rounds before applying. Unplayed games stay on their courts and move later; completed results and running-game start times are preserved. Spectators see the updated schedule and can download a calendar. A possible final reset is marked “if needed.”
Organization court bookings and saved availability are checked before saving. Resolve conflicts by choosing another time or court. Referees, shared players across different teams and unexpected overruns still need an organizer’s judgment.

The scorekeeper is part of the tournament

A result belongs in more than one place. A linked scoreboard gives the person courtside the scoring controls for that game. When they mark it final, the result feeds the bracket or round robin.
In a bracket, the winning participant advances. In pool play, recorded results feed standings. With a linked playoff bracket, the public hub brings the pool stage and elimination stage together.

Is tournament management software free?
You can start a single-elimination bracket with up to 8 participants free. Free accounts have board limits. Pro supports brackets up to 32 and removes ScoreKeeperCo branding; Studio supports up to 999 and adds double elimination. Registration is available on every plan, with a service fee on paid entries.
Can I run pool play followed by a playoff bracket?
Yes. Use a round robin board for the pool stage, then create a playoff bracket from standings. The linked tournament hub can show both stages. Set your advancement and tiebreak rules before matches begin.
Can each court have a live scoreboard?
Yes. Link individual matches to sport scoreboards and operate them from a phone or tablet. Board limits depend on the account plan. Published match times and venues help people find their games; organizers remain responsible for scheduling conflicts and team rest.
Does paying an entry fee automatically put a team in the bracket?
No. Registration and approval are separate. An organizer reviews entries and approves participants into the roster. Set capacity and entry conditions before sharing a paid registration link.
Can I display the tournament on my website or a stream?
Tournament embed tools let you share a bracket or hub, and individual scoreboards have overlay URLs for streaming software. Spectators can also use the public hub link directly without an account.
