Tournament Management Software

Tournament management software is a tool that runs a tournament end to end — building the bracket, keeping live score for every match, advancing winners automatically, and giving spectators a link to follow along — instead of juggling a bracket app, a separate scoreboard, and a group chat.

See It in Action

Every match gets a real live scoreboard — run it from a phone at the court.

What Tournament Management Software Does

Tournament management software replaces the spreadsheet-plus-whiteboard combo most tournament directors start with: it builds the bracket, keeps score for every match, advances winners automatically, and gives everyone — players, coaches, and spectators — one live link to check instead of asking you what's next.

From Bracket to First Match

Set up a single or double elimination bracket for 4 to 32 teams with proper seeding. Each match slot in that bracket can spawn its own linked live scoreboard for whatever sport you're running — basketball, volleyball, pickleball, soccer, anything. Assign a scoreboard to a match, hand a phone or tablet to whoever's keeping score at that court, and you're live.

Winners Advance Themselves

When a linked scoreboard is marked final, that result syncs straight back to the bracket — the winner moves into their next slot automatically, and in a double elimination bracket the loser routes into the correct spot on the losers side. No re-typing results into a separate bracket after the game.

Pool Play with a Round Robin Board

Plenty of tournaments start with pool play before elimination rounds. Create a Round Robin board, add your teams, and every matchup gets scheduled automatically. Link each match to a live scoreboard as it's played, and standings — wins, losses, points, and tiebreakers — update on their own. When pool play wraps, create the elimination bracket for the teams that advance.

Spectators, Streams, and Printouts

Every bracket has a shareable public link that updates live, so anyone who can't be at the venue can still follow along. For events on a screen or stream, use the OBS overlay to put a live scoreboard directly into your broadcast, or embed a scoreboard on your own website. Need paper? Brackets and score sheets print directly from the browser.

What's Coming

Team registration, sign-ups, and online payments are planned for a future release, but aren't available in the product today. What exists now is the bracket, round robin pool play with automatic standings, live scoring, spectator sharing, and streaming/embed tools described above.

Tournament Management Software vs. a Plain Bracket Maker

A plain bracket generator stops at the bracket — you still fill in scores by hand and tell people what's happening. Tournament management software like ScoreKeeperCo goes further: every match gets a real, linked live scoreboard, so scores flow into the bracket automatically instead of you updating both places. Reach for the full tournament setup when you're running a multi-game event, have spectators who can't attend in person, or you're streaming matches and want scores baked into the broadcast. A plain bracket maker is still fine for a quick, casual single-elimination pool with nobody watching remotely.
