Free Printable Pickleball Score Sheet

Choose singles or doubles, a target of 11, 15 or 21, and one game or best of three. Add names if you like, then download or print. Cross out points when the serving side scores. Record each change of server in the separate serve log, even if the score stays the same. This is a casual match record, not an official tournament scorecard.

This sheet uses traditional side-out scoring: only the serving side can earn a point. Games are win by two. In singles, call the serving score then receiving score. In doubles, add the server number. The printed A–B log keeps the same team order throughout, regardless of who is serving.

Start 0–0–2: the opening team gets one server before the first side-out. After that, losing a rally on the first server passes serve to the partner; losing on the second server causes a side-out. Write the next server name and number in the serve log. Server 1/2 refers to that service turn, not a permanent player identity.

The target point is outlined, followed by four extra-point boxes and a line for further points. There is no score cap on this sheet: keep playing until a two-point lead. Continue a full serve log on the reverse with game number and the same columns. Choose One game for more log space on the front.
