SALES CONTEST WORKSHEET — SCOREKEEPERCO Version: October 2, 2026 Original planning examples. These do not promise sales or motivation outcomes. Guide: https://www.scorekeeper.co/blog/sales-contest-ideas CHOOSE ONE MODEL 1. COMPLETED-DEMO SPRINT Score = approved completed demos within the contest window. Count unique meeting IDs once. Bookings, no-shows, cancellations, duplicates and records outside the window do not count. Define qualification in advance. Example: 8 records - 1 no-show - 1 duplicate = 6 points. Correction: removing one qualifying demo changes 6 to 5. 2. TARGET-PROGRESS CHALLENGE Score = round(100 x verified result / fixed target). Targets must be greater than zero and agreed before the start. Use the same result definition and reporting period for every entry. Example: 18 deals / 15 target x 100 = 120 points. Correction: round(17 / 15 x 100) = 113 points. Rank rounded whole points; equal rounded scores share a place. 3. TEAM DEMO RATE Score = round(100 x approved demos / scheduled person-days). One person-day = one member scheduled for one full contest day. Fix the roster and scheduled days before starting; denominator must exceed 0. Example: 3 people x 5 days = 15 person-days; 18 / 15 x 100 = 120 points. Correction: round(17 / 15 x 100) = 113 points. Do not change the denominator after seeing the results. 4. PRODUCT-KNOWLEDGE MATCH Score = correct answers to the same 10 questions; maximum 10. Prepare the answer key, accepted alternatives and answer window in advance. Example: Foxes 8, Owls 7; one accepted answer restores Owls to 8: tie 8–8. If a question is invalid, remove it from everyone's score and maximum. Keep a separate question-by-question log. 5. PERSONAL-IMPROVEMENT ROUND Score = max(0, approved current demos - fixed baseline demos). Compare periods of the same length and working schedule; freeze the baseline. Examples: 12 - 8 = 4; 18 - 15 = 3; max(0, 9 - 10) = 0. Correction: 11 - 8 = 3. Use a separate sprint for anyone without a valid baseline. This measures additional demos, not percentage change or causal impact.
