[ ] Confirm the venue, event dates, and communication plan.

FORM
[ ] Set a registration capacity that fits your event and plan.
[ ] Collect a team name and contact email.
[ ] Add only the custom questions you need (up to five).
[ ] Add your prepared event terms or waiver if required.
[ ] Decide who reviews registrations and assigns divisions.

PAYMENTS (IF CHARGING AN ENTRY FEE)
[ ] Finish Stripe payout setup.
[ ] Set the correct entry fee.
[ ] Review the participant's total, including the service fee.
[ ] Explain approval conditions and your refund process.

BEFORE SHARING
[ ] Open the public registration link on a phone.
[ ] Check the form, fee, and event details.
[ ] Set a registration closing time and approval deadline.
[ ] Share the link or QR code with participants.

BEFORE THE DRAW
[ ] Review and approve the final roster.
[ ] Close registration when the field is settled.
[ ] Check division assignments and seeds.
[ ] Generate the bracket or schedule.
[ ] Share the public tournament hub.
